After a career of a stockbroker, broke because of the financial crisis, I hit the road and turned it into my home. I used alternative ways of traveling – hitchhiking, couchsurfing, working/volunteering, and managed to wander around the world with just a little bit of money in my pocket, meeting the most amazing people on the way.
Eight years later – I have two best-selling books, one of the most viewed TEDx talks of all time and I am going around talking about life lessons I learned while traveling the world on $10 a day.
